Michael Kelly founded Kelly Development in 2015 and has over 30 years of diversified Real Estate industry experience and has been involved in the development of over 2,000 homes on Long Island. Prior to forming Kelly Development, Mike was a VP of land acquisitions at the Long Island office of national builder Pulte Homes where he mastered his skills of building, zoning, understanding town code, marketing, and law. After several years working for Pulte Homes, Mike formed Kelly Real Estate Inc. and Kelly Development Corp. Mike is a graduate of Providence College and received his law degree from Touro College.

Michael Kelly is the founding Principal of Kelly Real Estate Inc. and Kelly Development Corp. His primary responsibility to the organization includes acquisition, financial feasibility analysis, and development. Mr. Kelly holds specific expertise in the development of sub-divisions and consulting on various real estate issues for organizations such as The Long Island Housing Partnership, Avalon Bay Communities, and the Clare Rose Organization. Prior to forming Kelly Real Estate and Development, Mike was the Vice President of Land Acquisitions for Pulte Homes of Long Island, a Fortune 500 Building Company specializing in land acquisitions, approvals and land development. Mike has over 30 years of diversified real estate industry experience and has been involved in the development of over 2,000 homes across Long Island. Mr. Kelly is the past President for the Long Island Builders Institute and serves on the Board of Directors of the Down Syndrome Advocacy Foundation. Mike is also a member of the New York State Bar and previously the Committee on Land Use and Real Estate Legislation. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a LIBOR member. He has been honored as the recipient of the Paul S. Miller "With Liberty and Justice for All" award by Touro Law School, 2006 and The Good Neighbor of the Year award from The Central Islip Civic Association in 2008. Mike is a former member of Energia, which is Long Island's regional leadership program within Molly College. Mike previously served on the Suffolk County Planning Commission as the Commissions' Town of Brookhaven representative. Mike was also a member of the Business Improvement District for the Village of Patchogue focusing on improving business opportunities within the downtown district of the Village. Mike received his BS in finance from Providence College. Thereafter, Mike earned his MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas, and his JD from Touro Law while working full-time and attending school at night. Most importantly, Mike resides in Stony Brook, NY with Kathleen, his wife of over 30 years. Together, they are the proud parents of Thomas, John, Owen, and Catherine Mary.

Barbara O’Brien is the VP of Operations for Kelly Development Corp. Barbara majored in Professional Business Administration Graduate program At Farmingdale University, and is also a certified paralegal and notary. Barbara is an Entitlement Professional with specific expertise in the project development process from inception to completion, including approvals, covenants, and restrictions. Barbara’s previous employers include Pulte Homes and Timber Ridge. Barbara oversees all company and project compliance, AlA documentation, manages the overall budget and accounts payable, organizes documentation for plan submissions, coordinates with federal, state, and local municipalities, including the Attorney General’s office, and manages the staff.

Antony Mannino is VP of Construction for Kelly Development Corp. In addition to overseeing construction, Antony is also involved in the early design stages of a development with Engineers, Architects and local utility companies in order to provide refined value engineering. Antony is responsible for budgets, bidding and contracting with all trades associated with each project. Antony has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Prior to working with Kelly Development, Antony worked for Pulte Homes, Timber Ridge, and The Beechwood Organization, and has been involved in the development of over 1,500 homes on Long Island.
